大雪时节，国贸写字楼 1 座大堂重装亮相，为冬日的国贸门户增添了一抹靓丽
和温馨。国贸物业部 / 国贸项目部与写字楼部合作，对国贸写字楼 1 座大堂原有
的吊顶装修及附属机电设施进行了优化设计和升级改造。通过在弧形渐变天花
造型中依势勾勒出旖旎延绵的“之”字形灯带，增强了空间的延伸感；通过精
心布局灯槽、微调光源，让吊顶、墙面的灯光与地面的光线互动，实现了整体
空间光线的均衡灵动；通过悉心布置空调风口并使用加压送风等技术手段，为
大堂注入了清新怡人的室内气息。翻新后的大堂整体效果时尚明快、舒适宜人，
呈现了国贸写字楼的高端品质。
本次改造得到了相关部门的大力支持和帮助，从写字楼租户的出入路线调整，
到美食店的运营协调，再到疫情防控及安保检查等工作，大家通力合作，保障
了工程顺利实施，让大堂焕发出新风采 !

A warm, exclusive sophistication exudes from the winter gateway
to China World Office 1 after the smooth refurbishment of the
lobby. The stylish remodeling received strong support from all
China World departments and tenants via security checks, anti-
virus protocols, coordinated Sweet Spot activities and rearranged
entry and exit routes. China World Offices and China World
Property divisions collaborated in creating the new ambiance
with upgraded lobby ceiling decorations, mechanical and
electrical facilities including improved air conditioning vents.
Zigzagging light strips accentuate the gradual curvature of the
ceiling, lending a gleaming sense of visual extension.
Meticulously placed ceiling, wall and ground light troughs and
moderately tuned light sources now interact to create a more
balanced, dynamic lighting environment.
