内外，将新年美好祝福带到来年的生活里，期盼新春福旺迎好运，佳节吉祥开门红。
小年这天，公寓休闲厅内，张灯结彩，员工们与租户一起欢聚一堂，喜迎新春。
大家们围坐一起，品老北京美食、吃糖瓜，赏灯笼，其乐融融。
翰墨飘香：书法爱好者郝逢清先生伏案运笔手写对联，为租户们送去新春祝福。
金石华彩：篆刻爱好者左岩女士带来“福兔吉春“、”双兔报喜“的篆刻作品，
为租户定制兔年新春好礼。
Staff and residents celebrated with traditional Peking fare and fancy lanterns as the Year of
the Rabbit loomed at China World Apartments on January 14, or Little Year.
Amateur calligraphy enthusiast Hao Fengqing wrote couplets and Zuo Yan cut seals for
tenants as customized spring festival gifts.
