           月 10 日取得竣工备案并投入使用。正式运营的国贸
           大厦 B 座总建筑面积约 22 万平方米，主塔楼 23-63
           层为写字楼，可出租面积 38000 平方米，其中 23，
           25-27 层 4 个楼层设计为服务式办公楼层，提供多元
           化商务中心式服务办公室模式。作为北京顶尖甲级写

                                                        标志着国贸大厦 B 座第一家客户正式入驻。壳牌到中国以后的 123 年征程里创造了众多的“第一”，今天壳牌
                                                        中国总部新办公室在国贸大厦 B 座这个北京最新的地标盛大开幕，更充分展示了壳牌对中国的承诺和信心。作
                                                        为北京 CBD 核心地段的甲 A 级写字楼，国贸大厦 B 座将为壳牌全体员工提供最优质、高效的办公环境。
                                                        In a memorable ceremony on May 23, Shell China declared its new headquarters open at China Word Tower B, one of
                                                        the shiniest landmarks in Beijing. Tower B is a LEED GOLD certified, high-rise office building within walking distance of
                                                        two main subway lines with state-of-the-art office space that includes PM2.5 air filtration system.
                                                        The opening of the new consolidated shell offices in this newest building at the heart of the Central Business District
                                                        “represents our commitment and confidence for our future in China,” said Zhang Xinsheng, Executive Chairman of Shell
                                                        companies in China. Shell has 123 years of proud investments in China, Zhang said. “It’s been a long way from a small hut
                                                        in the Summer Palace – where Shell’s first rep office at the dawn of China’s reform and opening-up – to the most desired
                                                        business center in Beijing for our China headquarters,” Zhang said.

           OFFICIAL OPENING



           Final inspections completed, the China World Tower B
           officially launched for business on Thursday, April 10,
           attracting top Fortune 500 companies, banks, financial
           institutions and law firms to the heart of the Central
           Business District.
           Featuring high-end support facilities, the Grade A offices
           located on floors 23-63, include serviced offices on floors
           23, 25, 26 and 27. This landmark office building includes
           38,000 square meters of rentable space out of a total
           220,000 square-meter floor area in operation.
