           自由与创新的福楼毕斯罗的缩写是 FB,其中 F 是福楼 FLO 的首字母,B 是
           Bistronome 的首字母。而 Bistronomy 却是个新兴名词。这一词是美食学
           (Gastronomy)和小酒馆(Bistro)的结合,最早在 20 世纪 90 年代在法国出
           现,并且在短时间内变成了一场遍及法国的美食运动。2017 年福楼将这一理念
           引入中国,并在京城 CBD 之巅开设了福楼毕斯罗餐厅。
           F. Bistronome takes its name from the term “bistronomy”, a fusion of the words
           “bistro”(a nod to the traditional dishes that form the starting point for many
           bistronomy chefs) and “gastronomy” (a reference to the haute cuisine techniques
           used to update them) that first appeared in France in the 1990s and quickly took

                                                                              LEO’s signature bolognese is truly a labour
                                                                              of love. The sauce starts with a mixture of
                                                                              minced beef and pork sausage, cooked
                                                                              slowly with onions, leeks, carrots, celery,
                                                                              herbs, and three different preparations of
                                                                              tomato. Altogether, more than 20 different
                                                                              ingredients are simmered together for 10 hours.
                                                                              The finished sauce is redolent of thyme, basil, red wine, fresh cheese and tomato,
                                                                              blended with the rich umami of good quality meat, the kind of taste that only time
                                                                              can create.
