贴心安装电动自行车充电插座

随着入住率的提高，国贸世纪公寓拥有电动自行车的租户越来越多，有一些租
户会把电动自行车的电池拿回房间内充电。考虑到新闻中频频提到，由于电动
车的电池质量参差不齐而引发多起火灾事故。为了杜绝安全隐患，便于统一管
理，同时也方便租户充电，世纪公寓在自行车棚进行了一系列改造：配置电箱、
加装漏电保护开关、重新规划车位、安装监控摄像头，总共安装有 50 个电动
车充电插座。租户们表示，世纪公寓的服务既贴心又人性化，住在这里非常方
便安全。

国贸公寓欢庆农历新年

2017 年 1 月 14 日，公寓部为租户举办了一年一度的迎新年联欢会，这是一个充
满欢乐的周末。公寓客人携家带口踊跃参加，一百余位客人聚集在国贸公寓会所，
场面喜庆热闹，庆祝即将到来的鸡年。客人们饶有兴趣的学习包饺子、写春联、
并品尝了各种中国传统小吃。许多客人热切要求书法老师在大红纸上写下福字和
美好未来的祝愿的春联，有些客人还亲手写下自己对新的一年的期望。传统的北
京小吃，如糖葫芦、艾沃沃、驴打滚以及年糕照例受到租户的欢迎。甜美的水果、
糖果和甜点象征着新一年里甜蜜的生活。正如大家所想，共享美食是分享快乐的
最好时机，每个人都陶醉在轻松美食和欢乐的气氛之中。从超预期的参加人数和
欢声笑语中，感受到客人参与并享受公寓新年庆祝活动热情及对即将到来的鸡年
充满希望。

RESIDENTS REVEL FOR ROOSTER YEAR

One-hundred Apartments residents gathered for an entertaining and joy-filled
Chinese New Year celebration at the Lodge Club on January 14. Laughter and
smiles filled the room as guests of all nationalities acquired hands-on experiences to
write characters and traditional couplets on bright red paper. Some of them enjoyed
making Jiaozi dumplings while others preferred sampling traditional Beijing snacks
like glutinous rice with fillings, bingtanghulu candied fruits, niangao glutinous rice
cakes and Rolling Donkey bean-flour cakes. The smorgasbord of sweets, candies
and desserts symbolized wishes for a sweet life for all in the Year of the Rooster.
The Apartments management team and staff wish peace and prosperity to all the
peace-loving people of the world. May all readers, corporate clients, guests and REVAMPED BIKE SHED ADDS 50 POWER

Along with the promotion of the occupancy rate, more and more tenants own e-bikes
in Century Towers, and some tenants charge the batteries of their e-bikes in their
rooms. In light of the many fire accidents caused by different quality e-bike batteries
frequently mentioned in the news, and in order to put an end to potential safety
hazards, enhance the convenience of unified management and allow tenants to charge
their e-bike batteries, Century Towers has made a series of improvements to the bicycle
shed: configuring an electricity box, installing earth leakage circuit breakers, re-planning
the space, installing monitoring cameras, and installing a total of 50 power sockets for
charging e-bikes. Our tenants say that the services of Century Towers are warm and
humanized, and that living here is very convenient and safe.
