滩万推出全新零点菜单及套餐定食

将传统日式料理与创意菜品结合

有着两个世纪悠久历史及好客传统的经典日式餐厅——北京国贸大酒店滩万日本料
理将推出全新菜单。新菜单基于传统日式料理，包括由厨师长久保田晃宏及其团队
精心制作的精致怀石料理以及多款创意菜式和点心。
颇受办公室一族及商务客人欢迎的午餐套餐此次又有新升级。午餐套餐将为客人献
上种类丰富且营养均衡的多款菜式，包含怀石料理、生鱼片、烤鳗鱼、烤青花鱼、
天妇罗、炸猪排及炖鸡等；客人还可选择寿司或铁板烧套餐。所有的套餐都将附赠
开胃菜、沙拉、鸡蛋羹、米饭、酱菜及味增汤。
零点菜单的重头戏是主厨推荐部分——喜套餐（品类丰富的经典日式料理）和葵怀
石套餐（选用精选时令食材的传统怀石料理）。另外，滩万将首次推出健康素食套
餐及儿童套餐。

SET MENUS OF TRADITIONAL JAPANESE SETS

AND INNOVATIVE DISHES

With a rich two-centuries-old tradition of fine Japanese cuisine and gracious hospitality,
Nadaman at China World Summit Wing, Beijing, treats discerning diners to a new menu
of traditional Japanese cuisine, such as the exquisite kaiseki, as well as innovative dishes
and desserts created by head chef Akihiro Kubota and his talented culinary team.
Especially popular with office tenants and business clients, the new signature set lunch
menu will offer variety and well-balanced nutrition with popular and classic Japanese
dishes including kaiseki, sashimi, broiled eel, grilled mackerel, tempura, pork cutlet, and
stewed chicken. Guests can also select from sushi or teppanyaki sets. All sets are served
with an appetiser, salad, steamed egg custard, rice, pickles and miso soup.
The highlight of the menu is Chef’s Recommendations – the Yorokobi course, which
offers a variety of classic Japanese dishes in a set, and the Aoi Kaiseki course, a traditional
set prepared with seasonal and fine ingredients. For the first time, Nadaman also serves a
healthy vegetarian set and a set meal specially prepared for children.
