GOURMET COFFEE APPRECIATION WORKSHOP
FOR CHINA WORLD OFFICE VALUED TENANTS
近日，国贸写字楼部为爱咖啡的租户组织了一场别开生面的咖啡沙龙，来自国贸
写字楼的咖啡爱好者聚在一起，学习咖啡文化知识，品鉴精选咖啡。
沙龙由经营咖啡 20 多年的李晓宇老师主持，以“浓缩咖啡（Espresso）和卡布奇
诺（Cappuccino）”两款意大利咖啡为主题，从欧洲咖啡的起源、发展及杯中滋
味标准，讲到流行咖啡和拉花的区别，边聊边品，每位到场的嘉宾都听得津津有味。
现场，伴随着咖啡机的噗嗤声，一份由 15 秒内急速萃取的 30 毫升浓缩咖啡摆在
了面前，咖啡脂金黄色泡沫呈现，芬芳香味淳郁美妙，20 秒内喝完，舌上裹着焦
糖的浓烈和果酸的清淡，鼻腔充裕着咖啡的浓香，杯壁留下金黄色的挂杯，视觉、
嗅觉和味觉藉由啜饮这一小份咖啡而产生了彼此的连结，“Espresso”不愧为咖
啡之魂。
如果说“Espresso”使我们领略到意大利人的激情和深沉，那么“Cappuccino”
则完美展现了意大利人的浪漫和细腻。六盎司的咖啡杯里，浓缩咖啡、热牛奶以
及松软的奶泡分三层清晰可辨，用咖啡勺沿一侧杯壁插入，缓缓推向另一侧，使
之搅拌混合在一起，一抹红棕色悠然浮现在眼前。小啜一口，均匀而充满韧性的
奶泡裹挟着香浓的咖啡进入口腔，牛奶的芬芳丝滑和咖啡的醇香浓烈同时迸发而
出，令人愉悦的感觉油然而生。
李晓宇老师的讲解和他配制的标准意式咖啡已不再是简单的一份咖啡，而是一种
生活，一种传承，一种信仰……
国贸写字楼 :“尊享品质”插花体验活动
为了丰富写字楼租户的文化生活，给生活带来美的享受，2018 年 6 月，国贸写字
楼部与宜信公司共同在位于国贸大厦 A 座 56 层的宜信公司开展了一场“尊享品质”
插花体验活动。活动特别邀请了中华花艺高级讲师云舒女士，与来自国贸写字楼的
插花爱好者们分享了“日式花道”的心得，并辅导大家体验了日式插花的选材、搭
配和制作过程。
日式插花来源于中式插花，公元前 7 世纪随佛教传入日本，并在日本发扬光大。日
式花道秉承东方特有的自然观念和哲学观念，赞美自然、仪礼、德行、内心的澄明，
追求“静、雅、美、真、和”的意境，以及天、地、人的和谐统一，长期的训练可
使人内心平静如镜。在云舒老师的辅助下，插花爱好者们在体验插花魅力的同时，
还纷纷争着分享各自的插花心得。活动最后，大家凭借各自对美的不同理解，创作
出了一件件精美绝伦的花艺作品。
China World Offices division organized a special “coffee talk” workshop
for its coffee aficionado tenants to demystify the art and science of making
gourmet coffee and enjoy the taste of its premium coffee.
Hosted by Li Xiaoyu, who operates café for more than 20 years gave
an insight on two types of Italian coffee as its theme: Cappuccino and
Espresso to its participants. All participants enjoyed the event as Li talked about the origin
and development of European coffee and taste criteria.
Li prepared standard Italian coffees and introduced a way of life, an inheritance and a
belief. The cappuccino, Li said, showcases Italian romance and refinement. The coffee, hot
milk and loose milk froth formed three distinct layers in a six-ounce coffee cup. Then they
were stirred together for a mellow beverage. Espresso really deserves the label the “soul of
coffee,” Li asserted.
The coffee maker produced a 30ml shot of espresso within 15 seconds. After drinking
it in 20 seconds, all the drinkers could taste the strong caramel and fresh tartaric acid.
Everyone savored the caffeine adventure.
FLORAL ARRANGEMENT WORKSHOP

To enrich the cultural life of tenants, China World Offices division together with its valued
tenant, CreditEase hosted a floral arrangement workshop at 56th floor of China World
Tower A in June 2018. Yun Shu, a senior lecturer in Chinese floriculture, shared her
knowledge of the Japanese art of ikebana. She showed attendees how to select and
match ikebana, or “living flowers.”
The tradition dates back to 7th century when Buddhism was first introduced to Japan from
China and floral offerings were made at altars. Later they began to be placed in the alcove of
a home. More than simply putting flowers in a container, ikebana is a disciplined art form in
which it is seen as a spiritual process that helps one develop closeness with nature. Contrary
to the idea of multicolored arrangement of blossoms, ikebana often emphasizes other areas
of the plant, such as its stems and leaves, and puts emphasis on shape, line and form.
Yun explained to her students that although ikebana is an expression of creativity, rules govern
its form. The artist's intention behind each arrangement is shown through a piece's color
combinations, natural shapes, graceful lines and the implied meaning of the arrangement.
Ikebana inspires the composer to feel closer to nature, providing relaxation for the mind,
body and soul. Attendees learned the philosophy and charm of flower arrangement and
shared their opinions of the art with Yun. Finally they created their own exquisite flower
arrangements based on their new understanding of aesthetics.
