           GET FIT FAM?



           天还没亮,炼·工场自带光芒的高强度训练小分队 GET FIT FAM 已经热血沸腾了
           几个回合!战绳、动感单车、杠铃、负重跑等等运动紧锣密鼓的进行了多次。
           “请准时!错过热身开始就不要进来了!”
           “偷懒多睡一小时,你一定会后悔的!”
           这两句口号在 GET FIT FAM 健身群里不断回响着,炼·工场的两位专业教练 Dali
           和 Patrick 不断督促又鼓励着大家。在 GET FIT FAM 里放弃或偷懒,是不存在的。
           但严格归严格,这两位专业的教练把每位学员都照顾的很好,避免学员受伤和意
           外的发生。而且两位老师还为每位学员制定了个性化课程,推动学员今天比昨天
           更好。正如 Dali 和 Patrick 所说,当 GET FIT FAM 的老师需要全身心的融入课程,
           与学员一同参与训练,共同身处在一个充满正能量的健身社群。
           参与这堂“魔鬼训练”,你会接触战绳、爆发式抛球、波速球、动感单车、手持哑铃、
           壶铃等健身设备,挑战每一个健身极限,整堂课程会让你大汗淋漓,直呼过瘾!
           Battle ropes, stationary bikes, barbells and jump ropes... When the sun is barely up in
           Beijing, a team of people are already crushing it at Trainyard. This is our legendary group
           fitness class, GET FIT FAM.
           “BE ON TIME, GUYS!  WE CAN'T TAKE ANY LATECOMERS AFTER THE WARM-UP
           HAS STARTED!”
           “WHEN YOU'RE IN BED JUST WANTING TO SLEEP ONE MORE HOUR, REMEMBER
           HOW YOU'LL FEEL ABOUT SKIPPING CLASS!”
           Under the strict instruction of Dali and Patrick, in GET FIT FAM, the only thing you can do is
           keep on moving, and the only thing you can't do is give up.
           With two coaches in one class, every member at GET FIT FAM has personalised
           attention, avoiding injuries and, of course, pushing you to do better than yesterday.
           As Patrick and Dali say, a teacher is only as good as his students. That's why they
           feel so blessed with all the good energy of the GET FIT FAM community.
           Every week "Chef" Dali cooks up the training menu for GET FIT FAM, with
           “ingredients” like battle ropes, BOSU Balls, dumbbells, kettlebells and bodyweight
           exercises.
           GET FIT FAM is all about functional training, helping members improve mobility,
           speed and strength, all while promoting weight loss and cardio health.
