The management of Century Towers on January 20 received a touching Thank You letter
from a foreign guest. The guest had lived and worked in China for 25 years, including 22
years residing at Century Towers.
In the letter, he described his warm feelings for his accommodation of 22 years and
thanked management for creating such a sincere and warm service culture.
The resident praised the managers, receptionist and security guards for their high standard
of detail-oriented service.
He singled out Li Xue, in charge of sales and client relations, as a staff member devoted
to his profession. He noted how hard Li works to bridge the culture and communication
divide between residents and staff, deploying his personal charm and outstanding
management ability to resolve issues.
