健康建筑铂金级认证授牌仪式，北京恩树国际商贸有限公司股份有限
公司总经理支陆逊先生、副总经理钟荣明先生、总经理助理
梁小丹女士，以及国际 WELL 建筑研究院亚洲区总裁雪娅女
士、中国区副总裁宋怡先生、中国区总监韩申先生出席活动。
WELL 认证是国际上对建筑物、室内空间和整体社区先进的健
康评估体系，越来越多的优秀组织和机构认可 WELL 健康认
证及其评价体系，并将 WELL 标准应用到建筑建设、运营、
管理当中。
一直以来，国贸中心始终秉承生态健康、绿色环保、人文关
怀的理念，持续利用先进技术对建筑内空气、水、营养、运动、
热舒适、光环境、声环境、材料、精神、社区等内容实施健
康干预，不断地改善硬件品质、提升服务水平，并于 2023

年建立企业级 WELL AT SCALE 规模化建筑认证体系。
China World Trade Center leaders celebrated WELL Platinum awards at a ceremony last
month honoring China World Tower A and China World Apartments. Mr Zhi Luxun,
General Manager, Mr Cheng Yong Meng, Deputy General Manager and Mdm Liang
Xiaodan, Assistant General Manager of China World Trade Center Co., Ltd. attended
the ceremony with representatives of the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), Mr
Song Yi, Mr Han Shen of IWBI China and Mdm Xue Ya of IWBI Asia, as well as numerous
prestigious tenants joined in the celebrations.
China World Trade Center established its corporate WELL At Scale building certification
system in 2023. The management team adheres to a philosophy of ecological health,
humanistic care, and green and pollution-free conditions in the complex. China World
continuously upgrade the hardware, services and technology to perform health
interventions for WELL concepts including air, water, nourishment, movement, thermal
comfort, light, sound, materials, mind and community.
WELL certification is a program that certifies buildings, indoor spaces and integrated
communities based on performance criteria and health and wellness features. An
increasing number of outstanding organizations and institutions recognize the importance
of WELL certification and apply the assessment system to the construction, operation and
management of their buildings to ensure sustainable development.
