“2017 北京市清洁能源发展研讨会”

ENERGY DEVELOPMENT SYMPOSIUM
2017 年 8 月 30 日，2017 年北京市清洁能源发展研讨会如期举办，国贸中心作
为北京市节能先进企业代表应市节能环保中心邀请参加研讨会，北京市发改委能
源处处长张艳红、市节能中心副主任齐佳出席会议。
会上，市节能中心能源促进处高级专家孙干介绍了北京市“十三五”能源发展规划，
详细讲解了十三五期间北京市、区发改委各项节能补贴政策，并对合同能源管理、
公共建筑节能、清洁生产、光伏发电、储能蓄热等重点鼓励项目做了深入解读。
本次会议重点讨论了清洁能源在城市发展中的应用前景及重要作用，国贸中心作
为节能创新技术的领跑者，分享了储能电站及光伏发电等先进技术的经验，受到
了与会专家和各企业代表的一致好评。
微信自助支付停车费让国贸停车场智能化又上新台阶
CHINA WORLD ACCEPTS WECHAT PAYMENT FOR PARKING FEES
继国贸南、中、北区地下停车场于今年 3 月全部实现车牌自动识别系统后，7 月
份又实现了 ETC 快速缴费方式。但国贸停车场并没有就此停下智能化步伐，并于
9 月全面实现手机微信自助支付停车费。手机微信自助支付实施后，极大缓解了
客人出场排队情况，提升了国贸停车场服务水平和客人消费体验舒适度。
国贸停车场手机微信自助支付停车费功能在车牌自动识别系统基础上完成，客人驾
车进场不停车情况下，快速将车牌录入系统。当客人准备离开停车场时，只需打开
微信，就近在车旁扫一扫墙柱上停车场二维码，输入车牌号码，界面就会显示出车
辆进场时间、停放时间及停车费等信息，客人确认信息无误后点击“微信支付”，
即可使用微信支付停车费了，整个缴费过程只需 10 秒，非常快捷。较以前平均每
次 35 秒的现金缴费快了很多，加快了车辆出场速度和流量，节约了客人时间。

China World Trade Center representatives attended the 2017 Beijing Clean Energy
Development Symposium on behalf of Beijing's advanced energy conservation companies and
at the invitation of the Beijing Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Center (BEEC).
The role of clean energy in urban development was the focus of the symposium on August
30 and as a leader in energy conservation innovation, the China World team shared their
experiences with energy-storing power plants and photovoltaic power generation, earning
unanimous praise from participants including company representatives and experts.
Sun Gan, a senior expert at the BEEC Energy Promotion Division, introduced city plans based
on China’s 13th Five Year Plan on Energy Development at the symposium. Sun outlined the
energy conservation subsidization policies of Beijing's municipal and district commissions of
development and reform. Key projects will include energy performance contracting, public
building energy efficiency, clean production, photovoltaic power generation and energy and
heat storage, he said.
BEEC Deputy Director Qi Jia and Zhang Yanhong, chief of the Energy Division of the Beijing
Municipal Commission of Development and Reform also attended the symposium.
China World began accepting WeChat payment for parking fees in September, shortening lines
at garages and improving customer service and comfort. The entire process takes 10 seconds,
more convenient than the previous payment system that averaged about 35 seconds.
The China World Trade Center’s underground parking garage is the first of Beijing’s Central
Business District high-end shopping malls and office buildings to accept ETC payment and
WeChat mobile payment. WeChat payment has been integrated into the automatic license
plate recognition system installed in the South, Central and North zones of the China World
Trade Center’s underground parking garages in March this year. ETC rapid payment was
implemented in July. The system scans and records a license plate as a car enters the garage
without requiring it to stop. When the driver leaves, he or she only needs to open the
WeChat app and scan the two-dimensional code posted on the nearest garage pillar.
After entering a license plate number, time of entrance to the garage and parking time,
the correct parking fee is displayed on the driver’s phone. After confirming the information
displayed, the user can click “WeChat Pay” and complete the payment process.
