鲜啤吧推出肉食主义周日早午餐

新年伊始，鲜啤吧全新推出肉食主义周日早午餐，主打丰盛又令
人垂涎的各式烤肉，更有周末欢乐时光从上午 11 点到晚上 9 点，
精酿啤酒、店选葡萄酒、起泡酒、烈酒调饮买一杯赠一杯。
肉食爱好者的福音。当周日的太阳升起，鲜啤吧丰盛的肉食主义
早午餐开启一段慵懒的周末时光。多种美味冷菜拼盘叫醒你的味
蕾，丰富的烤肉包含烤带眼牛肉、迷迭香蒜香烤羊腿、波特烤猪
肋排、烤春鸡等；主厨特色煎蛋台现场烹饪各式蛋类，马萨拉辣
味蛋卷，水波蛋配菠菜荷兰汁，香菜蔬菜蛋白卷，煎蛋云南松露，
选择你喜欢的口味，随心随意。各式各样的欧陆芝士，带给你层
次丰富的口感。诱人甜点包含黄油羊角布丁，黑森林蛋糕，芝士

SUNDAY ROAST & BRUNCH

Beersmith Gastropub at Hotel Jen is launching their new “Sunday Roast
& Brunch” from 21 January 2018 onwards. The brunch is served up from
11:30am – 3:00pm on Sunday’s only.
The Sunday brunch main feature is the large Roast Carving station
with a large selection of Sunday Roasts such as Prime Australian Rib of
Beef, Herbed Leg of Lamb, Rotisserie Chicken with Rosemary, Crispy
Pork Knuckle, Porter Marinated Ribs and a variety of gravies, béarnaise,
Yorkshire Puddings, potato gratin and roasted vegetables.
For those looking to start off with some real hearty breakfast items
can dive in the Live Egg Station serving delicious Poached eggs with
hollandaisse and black truffle, foie gras or graved lax, or just ask the
chef for eggs any style, just how you like them, served with sausages
and condiments.
The wide selection of Continental Cheeses is dished up to round off the
brunch, before indulging in some sweets such as our Bread and Butter
Pudding or a variety of cakes and desserts.
