国贸中心举办 2018 年度国贸写字楼租户

消防疏散演习

CONDUCTED 2018 FIRE EVACUATION EXERCISE

为切实做好写字楼消防安全工作，提高写字楼租户的消防安全意识和应对突发事件
的自救能力，帮助租户熟悉写字楼内部的疏散程序及路线，2018 年 10 月 12 日，
在国贸中心安全领导小组的组织和指挥下，以及保安部、物业部、物管公司、医务
室等部门的鼎力支持和配合下，“2018 年度国贸写字楼租户消防疏散演习”圆满、
顺利完成。
上午 9 点 30 分，随着消防警报声响起，消防疏散演习正式开始。听到警报声后，
楼内租户迅速按照指定路线进行疏散，井然有序的通过消防通道，在工作人员的引
导下，没有出现任何拥堵情况，所有参加演习的租户顺利到达疏散集结地。租户们
兴致盎然，对国贸写字楼人性化的服务赞不绝口。
本次消防疏散演习，提高了全体租户的消防安全意识和处理突发火灾的应变能力，
熟悉了紧急情况时的疏散路线，获得了广大租户的认可与好评，取得圆满成功。

China World Offices’ tenants participated in a successful fire evacuation exercise on
October 12, 2018, organized and directed by the China World’s safety team with the
support and cooperation of the China World’s property management company and other
related divisions such as the security, property and medical group.
The fire alarm rang out 9:30 am on Friday and participants proceeded to respond as if their
office buildings were ablaze and suffering from a rapidly spreading fire.
Tenants were familiarized with routes inside the offices and evacuated the buildings in an
orderly manner under the guidance of safety personnel. All congregated at the assembly
point without undue congestion.
The fire evacuation exercises earned recognition and praise by all tenants participated. China
World Offices team thanked all of its office tenants’ participation and strong support and will
continue to promote fire safety awareness among all occupants in China World Offices.
